For bullets, you use asterisks by holding the shift key + the 8 key.

In addition to bullets, you can make a numbered list by just using a pound sign insted of the asterisk, by holding the shift key + the 3 key.

Also, the numbers work the same as the bullets when it comes to subsections. Note: As a reminder, the image is not a valid resource for Coord or ST contacts.
