Internal links are basically the same as creating new pages. When you set up an internal link, it becomes a blank page that you edit. The format is [[text]]. Once you save the page, those brackets with text will be links.

You can also have the page name different than the link name. The links are [[page title | link name]]. The | is called a "pipe" and this seperates the "page title" from the "link name". You press shift + the back slash key to get a pipe.

You can get creative and format things however you want, using the pipe |, asterisks *, dashes -, semicolons ; commas, and more. Here's a few examples:

Also, please notes that the red links are empty pages and the purple (or blue) links are pages that have content on them.
